This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) describes content and conduct that is prohibited on Switchback Ventures applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Use. By using the Services, you agree to follow this Policy.
1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material
Because the Services allow you to upload, store, and share photos and other images, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policytoward any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”). Such content is illegal and absolutely prohibited.
If we become aware of such content, we will:
- remove the content;
- immediately suspend or terminate the responsible account, without notice;
- preserve relevant information; and
- report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or appropriate law enforcement authorities, as required by law.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, store, share, or transmit content that:
- is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene, or is otherwise inappropriate;
- exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors in any way (see Section 1);
- is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or incites violence;
- infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person; or
- contains malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or harm.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Services to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data, or attempt to bypass our security;
- scrape, harvest, or collect data about others without authorization;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
- interfere with, overload, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
4. Your Responsibility to Comply With the Law
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content and your use of the Services comply with all laws that apply to you. We do not provide legal advice and make no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful for your particular use.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, remove content, restrict features, and suspend or permanently terminate accounts and delete associated data, as described in our Terms of Use. We are not obligated to monitor content but reserve the right to do so.
6. Reporting Abuse
